Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders. These duties & taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors. It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
International orders placed through nicoleandfelicia.com are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). For all DDU shipments, any applicable duties, tariffs and taxes will be collected at the destination’s point of entry and are the responsibility of the customer. As each country has unique charges, please review FedEx.com or contact your local shipping office for more information.
Clients can initiate an exchange/return request for eligible items purchased on nicoleandfelicia.com within 5 business days of receiving an order by emailing customercare@nicoleandfelicia.com
A specialist will revert back via email to assist in processing your return. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping for a returned item.
For international clients, no exchanges or returns are available at this time. If you need assistance finding the right size, please email us at customercare@nicoleandfelicia.com or contact us via WhatsApp.
Condition of Items:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included.
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, damage, or odor will not be eligible for return.
Exclusions:
- Final sale items, gift cards, and custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
- Items marked as "Couture", "Bespoke", or “Made-to-meausre” on the product page are not eligible for returns.
The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping fee will not be refunded. Please allow 10-15 business days to process your return. We will reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the requirements above.
The exchange process is one time only. There can be no second exchange for the same order.
